Here’s The Process
1) Take 3 full body photographs of yourself standing naturally. You will receive a photo guide in your welcome email once you sign up.
2) These photos help Gemma see where your body is at and what exercises may help you.
3) Book in your 30 minute 1:2:1 zoom session with Gemma. Don’t worry this isn’t to pick holes in you as you are doing great. It is just to see if there is something different you can try that may help alleviate symptoms.
4) Enjoy and practise your personalised exercises to help turn your body into the best environment for pelvic floor healing.
